It took me quite a while to set this up, including a call to Support. The Support team was great and did walk me through what I needed to do, but I was disappointed that there was nothing in the box to help you setup the device. You basically had to guess. Once I did get it setup, I was surprised at how SLOW the device was. I replaced it was a competitor product and I'm much happier now.
