The product has issues with power supply. It randomly stops supplying power to my laptop. I have to switch the power supply off and on and then also remove and reconnect the USB C connector. It then starts to work again. But a couple of times my laptop has discharged during a work meeting and I have had to scramble to get it up and running again.
