We use this in my daughters room as she's gotten scared of the dark. Easy to use, I've been using for about 2 weeks on the lowest setting and still on the first charge so I think battery life is good. The dimmest setting is a nice soft light in a dark room - not too bright but just enough to make out what's around. The colours are a nice touch, our daughter loves to name the colours as they change.
