Customer Review

I have owned the Oculus rift s for about 1 year and sold it to get this. I couldn't be happier with that decision. The graphics were mind-blowing putting on the quest 2 for the first time. Playing some of my old Rift s games wirelessly really made a significant difference to the VR experience as a whole.

Pros
- Don't have to switch on your PC if you just want to have a quick VR session
- surprisingly small and so you can bring it to a friend's house and cast it on their TV if you wanted
- new controllers are stunning, very happy that they fixed the battery cover issue (I used to cut myself on those all the time)
-the FOAM feels premium and the glasses spacer makes it so that my (relatively large) glasses dont touch the lenses at all
- Hand tracking is magical and works so well its almost hard to believe

Cons
- strapping is definitely worse than the rift s strap, planning to buy the elite strap anyway
- take the time to consider how long you want your Oculus link cabke to be. Keep in mind that the USBC port is on the left-hand side (IMPORTANT if you want to have a comfortable PC VR experience especially if your computer is to the right hand side of your playspace)

Overall the quest 2 was well worth my money and im very happy I decided to upgrade.
