Customer Review

I’ve used this blanket for the first time and it works like all of the other reviews have stated. It’s remarkable that something so compact and thin can insulate me so well. It is made of a material that is similar to a soft, densely woven T-shirt. The only thing I can think of that allows it to work so effectively is that the windchill of the ventilation on the plane is completely blocked, allowing your body heat to build up under it. The ambient temperature of the plane with the blanket makes for a snuggly warm place to be. I will have to try it somewhere cold and update this review in the future. When I first opened the blanket at home I thought that it wouldn’t do anything to keep me warm. I put it over me and accidentally fell asleep on the couch for a few hours. It was great there too. The small bag that holds it is about the size of a Coke can and this is one of its best features as you can carry it anywhere. Even being this small when stored, it is still a massive blanket that could cover two people if you use it with the short edge going from your chin to your ankles. I’ve tried doubling it up to see if it made me warmer but there was no discernible increase in effectiveness, but that doesn’t matter because I’m really comfortable already. It can be stuffed into its storage bag which makes putting it away easy from your seat. If rolled up, it goes in the bag easily too but this isn’t as simple sitting in a packed plane. I think it looks neater when rolled up; like a neat cylinder. Buy one, it’s great. Also grab a Cabeau travel pillow. From what I’ve read and from using one, they are the best in the world. Together you'll sleep well on flights.
