I've talked multiple times with the technical team without any resolve or solution.
The purchase of these headphones came down to the fact that they finally offer multipoint connection to be able to make phone calls and conference calls or listen to music without the constant need to disconnect and reconnect between the laptop and phone.

Malfunction: Item does not connect to two Bluetooth Devices at the same time. I bought this item specifically as Sony has finally implemented Multipoint connection. I am now not able to work with it functionally going between conference and phone calls.
I've tried numerous devices > Iphone & Mac > Android & Mac
I've also implemented phone settings of > 'Call Audio' only with 'Media Audio' switched off > Sony WH1000XM4B still does not allow connection to two devices simultaneously > Always comes up with error message of: "Failed to connect" - "Unable to connect WH1000XM4.

Side Note: Bad audio quality on zoom and microsoft-team conference calls > Co-workers described it as the sound of "being in a tunnel". > Bad call sound quality was present in all bluetooth settings -ANC/ Ambient On/ Ambient Off

I've been trying to get an exchange item or return the item for the past week, sony keeps connecting me with their technical team which are overseas operators with only a script and not the necessary technical knowledge to actual offer a proper solution.
