I have a prime video account but can’t watch any movies on my Echo Show.. just says “something went wrong”.. contacted Amazon support tried different remedies but with no resolve.... still waiting for further response.
Only 1 star until resolve clearly advertised with prime video support.
Not happy... now happy a new technician rang after we wrote this review he worked out the Echo Show was connecting to USA Amazon because that was where the original account was before Amazon Australia opened. He made changes and the Echo show works as advertised.... he was very helpful and we were appreciative of his expertise... disappointing the original two technicians gave up. We have now changed our rating to recommended.
