Bought my earphone almost a year ago, I used it everyday from normal music listening , watching movies, and gym workouts. Never really got any issues with it till couple of weeks ago that it started to work a bit dodgy (suddenly shuts down even if its fully charged). Contacted seller since I still got a couple of months remaining in my warranty. Asked them how I can get it repaired. Seller quickly replied that no need to repair the unit cause they'll send me a new one. Yesterday my new earphone arrived and as expected, great quality product. This guys are legends with customer service.
