Purchased for boxing day sale '17 only to find 3 months later that the switch overheated and shut down everytime. Sent the item back to Nintendo where they claim they replaced it with a NEW one, only to then get problems with the Bluetooth for the joy cons. Apparently this is a known problem with some switches so it's the luck of the draw. Sent it back only to find out I had a bill from Nintendo for $50 as they claimed they couldn't find an issue. Mind you the joy cons would disconnect or characters move by themselves stuck in a position all the time.
Couldn't be bothered to deal with it anymore as they requested I filmed it which was very hard to get done in the moment when it happens.
