Document Requests

Under certain circumstances, Amazon may need to request additional information from you to verify identity or to satisfy other applicable laws related to commercial transactions.

You should have been directed to this page from an e-mail communication we sent to alert you that we do not have all of the required information or documentation related to your account.

Your privacy is very important to us. To allow us to verify your account and restore access, please fax all documentation in the list below to +61282757385 for the person(s) or business named in the e-mail notification we sent you:

  • Complete residential address
  • A copy of an unexpired passport or other government issued identification (for example, driver's license)
  • Proof of address, such as a recent utility bill (if the address on your passport or government issued identification is not current)
  • The e-mail address registered to your Amazon account
  • The Reference ID included in the e-mail notification we sent you

We will convert your fax to a secure electronic image and send you an e-mail within 24 hours confirming receipt.

Note: Until we receive this information from you and are able to complete our review, you will be unable to access your account. If you can no longer find the notification e-mail or you have questions or concerns, please contact us at account-confirmation@amazon.com.au.
