About Chelsey Amer MS RDN CDN
Chelsey Amer, MS, RDN, CDN is registered dietitian nutritionist, avid cook and food photographer based in New York City. She obtained a bachelor of science in psychology from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Several years later, after personally experiencing the healing power of good food and nutrition, she went on to complete her master’s of clinical nutrition and dietetic internship at New York University (NYU). Throughout her work with hundreds of patients and clients, Chelsey’s mission is to help you feel good through food.
Chelsey started her healthy food blog in 2013 to share easy, nutritious, and food allergy friendly recipes, without sacrificing flavor. She expanded her business, Chelsey Amer Nutrition, to include nutrition consulting and counseling to help even more individuals. In early 2019, Chelsey released her first e-book Thrive in 5.
When not cooking in the kitchen or working with clients, Chelsey can be found spending time with her husband and son, exploring their backyard of New York City.
