I love Love and Lemons Everyday! This is a really terrific book that is so well aligned with the way many people are realizing we need to eat - without being sanctimonious! I've tried recipes from every single section and all have been winners: they are full of flavour, colour and feel healthy but exuberant all at once. I also really appreciate the waste not want not philosophy. Understanding the deleterious effect of wasted food on our planet, this book, again, is right for the times. I love the easy techniques and suggestions to make recipes vegan or GF as needed, making it flexible for accommodating many diets.
J’adore tellement cette auteure. Ces livres sont faciles à comprendre, à utiliser et à lire. Chaque recette est accompagnée d’une photo ce qui aide grandement l’inspiration et la compréhension. Il y a aussi un index par ingrédient ( un peu comme son premier livre qui était trié par chapitre par ingrédient). Bref, je l’adore 😍
So much veggie inspiration! Bought this book as I’m trying to eat more of a plant based diet. Recipes feel inspired without being out of reach to regular gal in the kitchen to shop for and make. I’ve been following Love and Lemons on Instagram for awhile. Quality has translated well into the cookbook.
I knew I was going to love this book because the first one was so great. Not only are all the recipes fabulous but the scramble, pickle, date balls, tea-tails, roast veg, pasta, ricing veg, etc., guides throughout this book are so hand to inspire many more recipes.
Love this cookbook! Beautiful photos, handy tips and best of all so many healthy, delicious, and easy to make recipes. It’ll make you want to head straight over to your nearest farmers market and start cooking!
I have made at least 10 of the recipes in this book and my husband and I are loving them all! Tons of flavour. We r losing weight just from using more veggies and grains in our meals. Well written and illustrated. Fantastic
