To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
The author claims that the recipes are "Perfectly Portioned Recipes for Healthier Fried Favorites" because they are cooked in an air fryer. The problem is that most, if not all, of the recipes are still too high in salt. In addition, in my opinion, the appetizers, many of which are almost 600 calories per serving are too high in calories. The side dishes are also an issue. For example, the "Mediterranean Vegetables" are 362 calories per serving and include 15 g fat!
