This is a very good head brush to add to your teeth-cleaning arsenal. Don't use it every day, I found it made my gums irritated with daily use so I have stopped and been using it every other day. This means it should last you much longer than the one you use everyday, obviously.
I found these uncomfortable to brush my teeth. The rubber sections tend to scrape the gums and cause an unpleasant sensation. All that said, they do work and I will continue to use them until they wear out. Though given the choice again, I would buy a more basic option. Good brush head however a bit on the pricey side as there are only 2 refills per pack, also doesn't last the 3 months it claims as the bristles wear out after 2 months and I don't even brush that hard.
Just switched my head over to one of these from the Oral-B CrossAction head. First use and I can feel the difference while brushing - it feels like it's getting much further between my teeth.
For a lot of people, tooth decay can be found between the teeth due to not flossing often enough (myself included) - while these won't replace flossing, I wouldn't be surprised if they reduce some of the debris and plaque build-up that can be found between teeth...but you still have to floss!!!
I've only given 4 stars because although the flossing action is better than my previous head, I don't think this cleaned the front of my teeth as well and it also felt a little bit cumbersome to use.
Bristles are on the soft side and I know from seeing my hygenist (2-3 times a year) despite brushing, I also use Tepe brushes and interdental brushes every day but still my teeth subject to staining. Using these brushes just leaves me feeling that my teeth are still not quite clean enough but these are the brushes that fit my electric Oral B toothbrush, so what do you do? No reason to believe other quality manufacturers would be any better, so I continue to buy them.
One of several different brush heads in the Oral B range, I like the floss action idea but difficult to tell just how much difference they make when I floss anyway and clean my teeth as per dentist recommendations twice a day for two minutes.
I can't say by using this particular brush head I have seen lots of improvements but my teeth and gum health is no worse.
I like the number you get in the pack for the price.
I also like that after 3 months of use, the bristles do not look like they are worn out. Of course I will still replace them as is required, the colour actually fades from the bristles over time, but it is good to know even after lots of use the bristles remain tight and almost as good as new.
Been using Oral-B brushes for a number of years now and our teeth and gums have never been in better shape - our dentist will testify to that. However, would agree with other reviewers, these brushes do not negate the need for flossing. They may have a "floss action", but not a floss execution, as they cannot reach the nooks and crannies properly between the teeth, consequently we use them in tandem with flossing and dental sticks and is the reason we have only given them 4 stars. They do, however, leave your teeth much cleaner and give your gums a good massage in much less time than a traditional toothbrush and without the need to excerpt undue pressure - technique is the key.
Excellent tooth brush head. I hope the floss action works as I hate flossing and do not do it. I might find out on my next visit to the hygienist. Since using rotary oral b tooth brush non flossing my hygienist says my teeth are much cleaner.I think floss action is new. At least new to me.
These are a good toothbrush heads, I tryed not original ones and definitively I think that it worth buy the original ones.
Floss action heads are a little larger than the original or standard but not too much. About floss action, well definitively you should use floss. Maybe it does something but I can't see it. I use floss action because are a little larger not for it supposed "floss action".
The only cons that I see is that are a bit expensive, but as I said before, it worth to pay the difference.
