Great book but these are the inaccuracy’s ( written by a 9 year old)

Great book recommend it but there are a few inaccuracy’s
.Hipsolophodon lives in the Early Cretaceous. T rex is from the late Cretaceous and has feathers. Megalosaurus is from Jurassic england. Dinosaurs can’t write diary’s obviously.
.The Hipsolophodon was not the only dinosaur there birds are avian dinosaurs the only dinosaurs that went extinct were non avian dinosaurs
.dinosaurs hands were not facing down that would break bones so they were facing each other

Great book for early free reader

I bought this for my 6yr old son who was reading the banded school books up to 40 or so pages very well but needed something to help with the transition to free reader as he also has ASD and struggles with imagining or following a long story line. This was perfect being written like a diary, each chapter represented a new day for the Dinosaur and the story was quite simple so it kept him engaged while being a longer book but broken into manageable chunks - and also a few pictures doted through which kept him engaged. Would definitely recommend as a first free reader book for any child around 6-8.

A great book for 7-9 year olds

My son has recently read this book to me, as it appeared on a recommended reading list for Year 3 kids.
It’s a nice story about a dinosaur trying to find a place to lay her eggs (after having her first batch eaten by predators.) She somehow slips through time and ends up on a farm in the modern day.
This was a short and relatively easy read with a good engaging story and characters with plenty of heart.
Recommended.

I bought this book to encourage my grandsons reading and Dinosaurs are his best topic. Can I say I'm not disappointed. It doesn't have colour full pictures but the dialogue and discussions are most engaging. Every chapter focuses on a different Dinosaur and the chapters get longer, but he looks forward to the next chapter and he is even reviewing future chapters to see what it is about. First rate and again a great purchase.

I got this for my 6 year old who read the story during home learning classes and I wanted to hear the ending lol .
It's a cute book written like a diary by a dinosaur. The dinosaur is trying to find a place to lay her eggs. Each chapter is a new day and a new adventure and character. It's really manageable book and really engaging with pic spotted throughout. I am sure her younger sister will enjoy this too aswell as her asd brother .
