I think these strap tamers are a good idea for hiding the straps for camisoles or light weight bras, however, they didn't work for my needs which was trying to hide the straps of my thick bra straps under a light weight open neck tunic. I'd need something much more robust.
I've been searching for a product that does what these claim to do. Its a great idea but, even as small as they are, they're too bulky under clothing. And they grip the bra strap so there is no movement which is ot good. The better solution is to us a safety pin in the shoulder seam, place the strap inside the pin and close it up. Then the strap is within your garment but can still move with your body.
The idea is great. If I were a teen with thin bra straps and a filmy tank top, it might work. But for this much larger body with wide bra straps, the pins were way too tiny and delicate. The clip part slid off immediately and the tiny pin stuck to the tank top.
They are good in theory however the reality is they don't work. The plastic digs into your skin & the strap pops out. They are not worth the money. I think a good roll of double stick tape works better
These are very bulky and visible under tank tops. I tried using them once and ended up removing them. I think they're primarily meant for thicker materials like bridesmaid or prom dresses, not thin t-shirt materials.
The strap concealers do work. However, in my opinion, they are very small and the pins are not sharp making them difficult to use. For the price and difficulty in using... I will go back to using a safety pin.
