I have to say that at the minute I’m impressed with these replacement ear pads for my Bose OE headphones. The originals finally crumbled into dust and I was unable to source original Bose replacements. Consequently I have now purchased a number of Chinese copy parts but all have been disappointing last for 6 months or so before falling apart. These Chinese copies are poorly made of flimsy materials, some so poorly designed that the sound quality is greatly impeded. I recently purchased these pads from Accessory House and am pleasantly surprised by the design, comfort and quality. Yes they are slightly more expensive but I think they will actually save me money in the long run. Very happy.
I was gutted when I realised the cushion on these fantastic headphones was starting to show their age. The fabric was coming away from the leather cushion. I found found a YouTube video that gave directions on how to change the ear Pads on the BOSE QC3 style, it was great to realise that I didn't need to send them back to BOSE for repair. Ordered the replacement from Accessory House, half the price of replacements from BOSE. They arrived a day earlier than expected and fitted through the letter box, handy as we were away when they arrived. The replacements came with detailed fitting instructions. The damaged ear pad was very easy to prise off the main assembly, would recommend being careful when removing the pads. The replacements fitted a treat and look just like the originals. Very pleased with the result as I now have my old headphones looking like new. I would certainly recommend Accessory House for the replacements.
Great replacement ear cushions for my old Bose TriPort OE headphones. Existing cushions were well past their sell by date and falling apart. I thought I may have to retire an otherwise excellent set of headphones. Quality does seem to be a little down on the originals but for the price they are excellent. Comfort seems good but I haven't worn them for an extended period yet but there is no reason to doubt there will be any issues as the foam etc seems to be about the same consistency as the original Bose items. Fitting them was as straightforward as lining up a couple of pins and pushing the cushions into place.
The product was good quality, completely as described and the guidance provided by Accessory House helped me to make sure that it was exactly the right one. I was REALLY impressed with the follow up email explaining how to get guidance on fitting, via a specific linked uTube video, and what to do if there were any problems with the product. Actually I didn't have any problems at all but it was great to know that this company was there and ready to help any customers who experienced any. Old style customer service. I will definitely use this company again.
These replacements came quickly and was really simple to replace. Instructions were slightly different to the included YouTube link but can’t fault the product. The whole replacement took no more than a few minutes. The cushion odds so close to the original toss be hard pressed to find the difference. I would recommend this and for this price and service kicking my self for waiting so long to replace.
I have a pair of Bose Triport headphones and although the description suggested they might not be the correct replacement ear pads the seller quickly answered my question and told me they would fit the Triport model from 2006. I had three other answers all saying they would not fit but decided to trust the seller. He was coorect, they fit perfectly, were easy to snap in place and my headphones look like new again. Great value and superb service from the seller.
While a pretty good replacement, these aren't exactly the same as the original pads.
The pad itself uses a glossy leather which feels quite authentic but unfortunately doesn't let your ears breath quite like the original cloth fabric. I'm finding that my ears get sweatier a lot quicker with these pads.
The ear holes themselves are positioned slightly lower (your experience may vary here since my previous ones had different positions on each ear) which I prefer since it fits the shape of ears a lot better.
Otherwise they're extremely easy to install and if I wasn't looking out for superficial differences, I would have struggled to find them.
