This does what it says, as far as setting. I couldn't use it as a primer because the coverage was too light. It fixes your makeup well. My issue with this is a very strong determinant on my review... This smells so bad! Not like rotten or expired... it just smells very strongly of chemicals. It wouldn't be so bad if it was only slight or temporary but the smell lasts on your face all day! I am sensitive to smells and this gave me a headache very early in the day. The only way to stop the smell is to wipe it off but can't do that while i am at work. If it had a softer smell like nyx or unscented like elf it would be well worth the price. I do not recommend if you have scent-sitivity.
For the price it's okay. Sensitive/ oily/dry/ just completely screwball skin- stay away from it. I have normal skin on my forehead, super oily on my T zone and just dry skin on my chin. I used 3 days in a row and broke out in a rash and a few bad pimples. Definitely fork out the extra cash on a good primer if you have Sensitive or oily skin.
It did it’s job in controlling my oil a bit, but I broke out so bad after using this product. I’m guessing it controls oil by blocking the pores or something. I stopped using it and am currently battling the residual acne. I have very delicate skin, so I should have been more careful with product choice.
I bought this so my foundation can have a smoother application - it did not work. I have dry skin and I tried it before moisturizing and it made my foundation look cakey. I tried it with no moisturizer first and it looked worse.
I gave it to a friend with oily skin. Lets hope it works for her.
