To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
I ordered 4 of them in different colors and lengths to setup a home network system. IF all your other equipment like the NAS, the network cards on your pc and the router are Gb/s capable these will do the job. One thing to remember is that although cables are rated in megabits per second Mb/s, data transfer from your hard drives is measured in megabytes per second MB/s (capitol B) . There are 8 megabits in one megabyte. So when the data transfer takes place I get around 90-100 MB/s which would be 800 Mbps. If your don't get those speeds check for bottlenecks. My router was one for me, I had buy a separate switch.
Even the longer cables that were 100 feet work very well, having the color codes is nice. What was not nice is that one of the four of them was a used cable, that had a crimp in it and one bad end. It came loosely rolled in a different type of bag than the others. I didn't notice the damage on it until it was install day and too late for me to bother exchanging it. I would love to explain more but my review would just get deleted again. Not by the seller but by Azscam0zonn.
