Might be great recipes but without the carbohydrate figures for the recipes a total waste of time for anyone following a true low carb diet. The difference between a meal with 4 carbs against 12 is massive and needs to be known.
There are no figures for the amount of carbohydrate in any of the recipes. As I'm trying to cut down to a daily limit, this book is useless - I have no idea how many grams of carbohydrate I'm consuming for any recipe. The recipes are fine, but without the grams of carbohydrate being given, it's not of any use to me. Returned it.
It promised to be a very good book, but all the recipes are for between 4 and 8 people which is pretty useless when you live on your own. Can't be bothered to start cutting the recipes into quarters or even more, so it will be going to the next church book sale.
