This is one of those lipstick colours that needs a good lipliner, otherwise it looks really odd and wishy washy - the colour is milky peachy - yuck! The texture, taste, and perfume are fine though.

I know it is always hit or miss when ordering lipstick and cosmetics online, that colors can frequently be off. This color is more of a nude color and not a pink. But I have used Clarins lipsticks for years and the formulas are excellent and very good for the delicate lip tissue. So I will make this tube of lipstick work and use a darker color lip liner to adjust the color to more of a pink which will look better on my fair skin tone. Generally, you cannot go wrong with the Clarins formulas of lipstick...they are usually very soft and creamy with good quality emollients that are extremely beneficial for lips. However, this formula is not creamy as others I have purchased. I am not pleased with this formula or the purchase of an odd color.
