I have just finished reading the first three books in about 3 days. I couldn't put them down and bought the books one after another. I was totally emerged within this world, the people and the story. So glad there is going to be a forth one. Not may books surprise me, but this one did, there was quite a few twists that I didn't see coming. Excellent!
Frequency sums so much up! From the start you're so intently into the book you don't notice it's lunch time and your kids are begging to be fed. All neglecting aside, I couldn't put the book down. So much jaw dropping and wanting to fling the kindle across the room! Well played, Casey L. Bond and the reason we are you to pieces!
One would think it is the cliché vampire but they are so much more. Roman has a plot and we finally figure out what it is. Hearts are broken, new ones forged, suspense, just a mixture of emotions all into one book of epicness! Must read Frenzy and Frantic before Frequency! It is worth the read, trust me!
Part of me is sad that I finished the book so quickly and have to wait, yet again. I am so impatient, but Casey's books are worth it. Proud of you babe. You didn't disappoint and thank you for letting me be part of your street team! Always here to support and cheer you on ❤️⭐️❤️⭐️❤️⭐️❤️⭐️❤️⭐️
In book three, we follow Porschia into the city. She is forced to face some demons that she never knew existed. In doing such, we see so many things change in not only her, but the people around her. Many secrets are brought from the dark, and we learn that there is so so so much more to Porschia's story than we expected. I was amazed to learn more about Roman and Saul with their interaction to the tale. Saul... oh lort, Casey is determined to keep me awake at night. How much more is a girl to take?? I love it though, Casey L. Bond writes the type of tales that pull you in and leave you thinking for days. I am in love with the series, and I can't wait to see where everyone ends up! ~Dowie
Frequency is Book 3 in The Frenzy Series and I just loved it! You must enjoy Book 1, Frenzy ([...]) and Book 2, Frantic ([...]) before reading Frequency. All of these books are definitely worth a great afternoon's read!
Frequency begins immediately following the events in Frantic. Casey has the ability to make you empathize with all of the characters as they go through and make decisions. If you want a book, an entire series that will submerge you into the depths of a dystopian world with humans, vampires, and zombies and make you hold on tight to the end, you need to read The Frenzy Series!
I've always enjoyed Casey L. Bond's books and can't wait for the next one in this series. Thank you, Casey for another perfect read!
Frequency is the third and final book in the Frenzy series written by Casey Bond. In Frequency, we pick up exactly where we left off with the divisions of the Colony, the Infected and the Night walkers. Bond takes us on a journey filled with surprises, twists and turns that even the most dedicated reader would find fascinating. Porcshia grows so much in this last installment. Her journey from denial to acceptance shows us that Bond is capable of writing deep, emotionally complex characters. Bond really held true to her post apocalyptic world with her attention to detail within the story. As with everything I've read of Bond's, I walk away simply in awe of her creation and so ready to read what she has in store for me next.
I enjoyed this series. The plot moved along quickly, filled with action that propelled the story forward. In the subplot love triangle, I immensely appreciate an author who will allow the protagonist to end up with the one who's absolutely right for her. Porschia changed throughout the series and I'm happy that she was able to recognize those changes and take the path that made sense for her future. My only complaint is that we didn't get to see any further progression in their relationship. It sort of ended a little flat for me- there were no dramatic, high stakes circumstances which lead to their declaration of love for each other. It was a bit anticlimactic. As for the resolution of the vampires/ infected, I thought it was wrapped up nicely.
I've stuck with the Frenzy series from day one because it's such a unique take blending both vampires and zombies and humans together. Really enjoying all the characters, and the world. My only qualm is how simple it is to read. Not that it's necessarily a bad thing. I think I'd just like a little more description and a slower pace when it comes to the dialogue. But definitely loved this book as it helped tie up some loose ends and answer some questions and how Casey set up the "cure" was downright epic! Ready for more!
