This was a great album when first released and remains so today. I had th3 original on vinyl and this album was an absolute must for my vinyl revisit @n£ collection. Free we’re a great band and Paul Rogers had a very distinctive voice. He remains a great entertainer now and he still has a easily recognisable voice. One of the great albums.
This is definitely one of Free's best albums. I still own a copy of 'Heartbreaker' on vinyl and regard the four songs on the first side as the best that the band ever laid down. The remaining tracks are pretty good as well. This album and 'Fire and Water' are my two favourite Free albums. They were a great band and I'm pleased to have a copy on CD as well. Highly recommended.
Loved it. Classic album that hasn't aged. I used to listen to this way back in the 70's but because we didnt have a record player I had to cycle to my friends house several miles away to hear it. I made the trip regularly and Heartbreaker was on the turntable (admittedly sometimes there was also a trip to a pub where they would serve us as a payoff for the cycling as well).
