To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Packaging was simple, sweet and came with complimentary items that are neat. It was super easy to put together, as in no effort at all and works as promoted. Gotta see over time how it holds up but as for now, if you want to display your headsets in a neat, compact way is convenient for the customer, then I recommend this product. See photos as I got two of them.
Also writing this review again because of Amazon thought
It's small and lightweight which isn't necessarily a good thing, but it is also very very inexpensive so for how little I paid for it, it does it's job fine. If you have substantial headphones or have a cat that walks across your desk like we do, there is a threat that this will tip over while your phones are on it.
Edit: My husband has used this stand for his headphones for about 6 months or so now, and the foam on the band of his headphones have 2 indents that do not go away due to the stand pressing into it. This does little to alter the comfort of the headphones, but it does make them look a lot worse. I use a curved stand for my headphones and do not have any indents whatsoever, so if you have nice headphones that you want to keep pristine, I recommend spending a little more for a curved stand. But if you don't really care then this is a perfectly usable stand at a very good price!
Good product for the price. I ordered the silver one as you can see in the attached pictures. The base and the head piece is made of plastic. The head piece bends slightly when headphones are placed on them. But the central bar is aluminium which is good and looks like its able to hold the weight without any problem. No one gives Aluminium at this low price. I probably wont keep my $400 Sony MDR 1000x on this stand but will use it for my cheaper headphones. I might buy one more for my gaming headset but in black. Not because the silver color looks bad or anything, It's just that I have a dark theme going on in my game room.
Does the job and it's excellent for the price! Things that matter: Easy to setup. There are just 3 pieces. Doesn't really need any instructions. Just attach the long end to the base and then the actual mount on the other end. The mount is flexible and made of soft rubber thingy - which is pretty good. Secondly, the base is non-slip and is pretty stable on my table. Lastly, it's sturdy enough to support my bayerdynamic DT 770 Pro. So, overall, it's a good deal. Oh, and I got the white/silver one over the black one. And it does go well with the contrasting black of the DT 770Pro. Hope this helps!
This is a nice little stand, very cheap and does exactly what you need it to do. Its fairly unassuming, stands up straight, and once it gets settled in its pretty solid.
The picture is a bit misleading, as the difference between the ends of the stand (plastic base and top rubber mounting) are a bit more different in color in person. The aluminium piece feels a lot better than either of the end parts, which end up feeling cheap in comparison.
Lastly, I didn't really notice it before, but in addition the bottom plastic base has a...not pleasant...looking logo on it, which I'm not a fan of. I was going for a nice clean look, but now that I know this logo is there I don't like it nearly as much as I thought I would.
In conclusion, I'm neither impressed nor completely displeased with the product, so giving it an average 3 star.
