I was scared after reading some reviews about things frying/ fires about to start so I most definitely watched this thing charge for about a week straight before I felt comfortable leaving it alone. Used it in South Korea for 3 months and it was so useful especially being stuck in a hotel room for 2 weeks to quarantine. No regrets with this product.
Has anyone experienced this? The power strip worked fine for some weeks before I started to notice static electricity on my Mac whenever it is charging and making contact with me (usually around my forearms while in a typing position in the adjacent areas to the trackpad). Could this be damage to my Mac charger? Or something wrong with the Mac itself? I noticed the wall plug does not have a grounding probe but the static sensation is not something that happened from day 1 with this product. Curious if anyone has experienced this with their Mac or other devices.
My shit broke after like 2 days of using it in a different country, just not as durable as I would’ve liked but. It worked pretty well in a better situation. But yeah just not very durable. If you are in the military get something more espensive. Quality over quantity.
