I ordered this monitor for office productivity not for design. It works well for my needs. It has more pixels than 1080 and it's not too big. The eyecare features seem to work, I no longer use f.lux on this monitor. The eco sensor light meter is buggy, monitor would turn it off for no reason, so I just disable it. It's not a big issue for me.
The 1st unit actually arrived with a yellow vertical line. I've never had a monitor DOA before, so I was not very happy. I was about to go back to Eizo but decided to give Benq another go. Good that I did. Amazon AU's customer service made the return and refund process as easy as possible, I would give them 5 stars for service. I was disappointed that Amazon US no longer ships to Australia, but Amazon AU support is so good, I can say I'm happy to shop at Amazon AU.
