This isn't really what I was expecting. I was hoping to find great recipes that you could make ahead of time (like on a Sunday) and then freeze in separate containers and eat throughout the week. I know some fruits and vegetables don't freeze well so I was hoping for a compilation of the best recipes you can freeze. Instead, this has lots of recipes where you make half of the recipe, freeze it, and then finish the recipe when you're ready to eat it. I don't really get the point of that. Perhaps I didn't read the description well enough.
The dishes are not really healthy. high sugar, salt, and fat content. Freezing ideas are good but not the only source of them. Cooking party idea is totally nonsense! I am working woman, this book is more at home woman book.
