Not quite what i thought it would be. I like a fact book to have photos, not many but some, just to give you ideas on how things are done. But in this book its all writing. Some of the hints and tips may be good and using cheep vodka, (which i cant afford) is not something i do. There are more interesting books that help with home organizing. Sorry but someone may like it.
This is my new home organizing handbook! It has a huge amount of useful information I will be accessing frequently. I especially appreciated the simple cleaning concoctions made out of everyday ingredients that are nontoxic, but boy, are they powerful! Vinegar, borax and a few other common items are becoming my preferred go-to items.

I thought there would be practical advice on step by step tips to clean and organize the home. This was basically a recipe book for homemade cleaners using herbs, vinegar, and other stuff, which is fine, but I didn't want a book of recipes.
I wanted practical advice on how to straighten up my home.

I always get the nesting and organizing bug around the beginning of the new year so I like to read up on organization tips and tricks. This book was really good! Many books give the same tips but this book really did have simple solutions that I hadn't thought of before. The organizational tips were great and timely. I picked up a few nice boxes for more storage like the book suggested. I also made my own bamboo diffusers! I didn't know it was that easy.
If you are starting an eco friendly or healthy home for the new year, this is also a great home organizational resource. This book gives you natural disinfectant and cleanser recipes for you to try. My daughter and I suffer from skin allergies so I'm glad to give some of these things a try. It's really worth the read.
At long last! A book for those of us who are overpowered - with occupations, kids, or whatever, at that point have our extra assignments of cooking, cleaning, clothing, home support, charges, accounts, and so forth, and losing control of our lives and environment. Susan's genuineness about her own organizing life made me feel comfortable - here was somebody who gets it! Perusing this book resembled talking with a neighbor over the back fence, getting thoughts regarding how to deal with the wreckage of living in this advanced world with fast, effectively connected thoughts for making sorted out frameworks in little ways. Two or three the arranging thoughts introduced were not different to me, yet the majority of them were basically unique, well considered and effective, (and adorable! - loads of pictures included, too). The book exhibits bunches of thoughts that can be utilized in various ways relying upon your circumstance. My responses as I read? Goodness! Amazing! That is a great thought! I can do that! I could attempt that! also, "for what reason didn't I think about that?". Worth each penny. In the last chapter, Susan talks about the best way to save money and spend wisely. That has been a great information for me. I have started applying some of these tips and they work a great deal for me. I can't wait to get started on other interesting tips included in this book. It's not just an interesting read, it is rich and awesome!
