To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Well it was a little difficult to understand the video and it gave me about 6” of wire to connect the lock and exit button to power supply it works well but I might be lucky because the stencil didn’t lineup but it worked out. Check your door movement you might need a mounting bracket Make sure you get everything you need before you get up the latter. You need at least 3 metal drill bits of specific sizes several feet of simple +&- wire to run to power and wherever you want the exit button a outlet or extension cord a small standard or Phillips head then patience in abundance
This is from China so the instructions are not sufficient for someone like me who is not good with tools. I got it done and it works but I would hire someone to do it if there's a next time. Main fault in the instructions is they don't suggest proper placement on the door and the template for drilling holes is hard to understand.
l like everything this seller did. Good product, working very well, remote control interaction with receiver is well. Seller quick response if you have problem. I love this product and I love thus seller too. Strong recommendation.
I read the reviews on this before I purchased it. The bad reviews seemed to be from people who think they are smarter than they really are. Here's what you do to make it work: Put it together on a table FIRST. any issues you may have will be resolved if you do this first (Thanks to J McDaniel). I had to do modifications to the door frame, so definitely look at this requirement before beginning installation.
