Within the first few days of purchase, a bright pixel stuck on my screen（see first photo). So I contacted the seller, I was told to contact BanQ Australia. Unfortunately their warranty only covers LCD screens with more than 5 bright pixels. Now it is the 6th week of my ownership of this monitor, the display cable port simply stopped working (see photo 2), I had to use a HDMI cable in conjunction with a travel docking station in order to maintain my current need to use two monitors for work.
I was impressed with the price and the built when I first got it, now I regret not spending more to get a better quality monitor.
