I liked the price as I only needed one door controlled. My husband installed the controller and the actual software. The time profile and other information and videos took a little searching for but were helpful. The only problem is you have to go to the comment section of this product in order to find some information. There was a particular code that could only be found in the comment section, which was not a good experience. I was able to contact tech support prior for other issues, but for the code issue, Amazon could not help me. Again, thank goodness it was in the comment/question section. My real dislike of this product stems from when I needed to install this program on another laptop. My husband downloaded this as a file and imported it from the old laptop and downloaded on my new one. The majority of the information was correct, but the dates were off. I then had to add the time profiles and allow access privileges and upload all over again. My concern is that the program is running on both laptops and not synchronizing. I am concerned that the information on the old laptop will trump the new information. I do not understand why the information was not automatically synced and updated when the controller was added to the internet on the new laptop. If there is an easier way to facilitate the move of the program from one laptop to another, I would love to know it. The software is clunky and seems outdated. Is there even a way to receive updates?
