Here is an update on this HDMI switch.
Portta customer service has been great, they have contact me and try to rectify the issue by sending me a replacement unit.
I've accept this offer and received the unit today. However, the replacement unit have the same issue, it can't handle 4K60hz YUV4:4:4 signal pass through. I realised you can get the switcher to pass through 4K60hz if you have the ability to set the colour space to YUV4:2:0 on your device. So this works for Xiaomi Mi Box S etc. But it doesn't suit me, as I use this switcher for my Raspberry Pi 4 so it needs to be able to pass through 4K60hz YUV4:4:4 (otherwise there's blurry texts).

This HDMI switch does not work well at 4K60hz. Tried multiple device (Xiaomi Mi Box S, Raspeberry Pi 4). It just don't handle 4K60hz, it works ok with lower refresh rate (24hz, 30hz), just not 60hz. This means its not HDMI 2.0 and doesn't have the 18gbps bandwidth.
