I put the massager back in the box after the first time I used it. I looked so much forward to this but I was truly underwhelmed. For $210 I expected more. The Renpho handheld massager at $46.99 does so much more than the foot massager. The heating does absolutely not work, not even after 30 min. There are no vibrations which I thought it would have (that is on me, I should have read the description better), the lowest or medium setting didn't do much for me, I had difficulties with pushing the buttons (sometimes it would just not react to me touching the screen), I would also advise buying a foot massager with a remote as you don't want to hunch back down when manipulating the buttons. I expected a piece of heaven for my feet but my reaction was: 'Wait, that's it?' A nice hot foot bath is more relaxing than this material. The material that massages your feet should have been covered with something soft, to make the feel less plasticky and hard. Also I feel like the motions always went in the same way which will eventually start hurting your feet. If you use it at the highest setting you won't be able to use it every day. I sent the item back. Would not recommend at that price.
