I really like the CD player! I have been searching for the perfect girly CD player. It's so hard to find a good quality CD player that isn't masculine looking but good quality that's reasonably priced! I have been using it for about a month now. It works great to play my CD's. It has good sound Quality and it's light and easy to carry around with the handle. It's such an attractive looking stereo! I like that I also have the option to hook up my mp3 player to it too. Although it did not come with an aux cord, so I had to go out and buy a cord for it myself. For anyone looking for an aux cable I found mine at the dollar tree it's black, works good and was only a dollar! I only have one real complaint about the stereo. The radio on it gets very few stations that come in. I can only get 5 to 6 stations to come in if I am lucky! But apart from that I still really like the Stereo!
Bought this for a birthday gift for my granddaughter. it is not her birthday yet so I haven't given it to her, but based on some of the reviews, I was concerned that it might not work so I opened it and popped in a CD and tried the FM radio. Radio is about as good as one could expect from a small portable radio, sound is just fine, and the CD played, no bad motor noise. Seems easy to operate so my "6" year old granddaughter should have not problems operating it and will be thrilled it matches her room. She also has an old cell phone that she uses for games, music and photos. She will love that she can connect it and listen through the stereo. Price was definitely reasonable.
Good price and good sound quality for the size. Can't play a CD if the aux cord is plugged in, though. Simple enough fix--unplug the aux cord. Good substitute for a far more expensive product that includes an iPod dock. Can still play music from iPod, plus radio or CD.
I got it because of the reviews regarding toddler use. Unfortunately my grandson broke the antenna off right away. they like to ply CD's on it anyway. Just beware that the batteries run out because they forget to turn it off I would definitely buy it again. There was no remote control
Boom boxes seem to be disposable these past years. I have had this for one week. Sounds great. CD actually plays!!!! The antenna broke at first use, but good news is the good reception did not change in quality after the break. Good riddance then!
It surprised me with new stations I didn't know we could get! I also like the simplicity of the features and the contrasting colors. I bought it for my brother who is blind and has dementia and he's been able to manage it without help.
Easy to use, and without too many buttons. I like the round fold-down handle design. The only thing that I wasn't crazy about is the opening and close/locking mechanism. It seems a little frail, and overly-sensitive, and I'm concerned that it'll give out in short time, though I could be wrong. I'll make an update if things go sour, or if they hold up nicely over time. But otherwise it's got a decent sound for what it is.
it plays and sounds good. It came with 3 of 4 rubber pads so it does not sits level. When the handle is up there is a big gap where the disk is uncovered. I purchased it for my office so it does a good job there.
