To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
I love to read cookbooks like they were novels, and I enjoy cooking a lot. I see many cookbooks that have the same old recipe, over and over with one ingredient changed. (yet ANOTHER Chili recipe, anyone?). Others have totally weird lists of ingredients and cooking methods very few people ever care to use. Still others are only suitable for one kind of diet (every recipe has meat & avoids carbs, for instance) This cookbook avoids all extremes. It has LOTS of unique recipes that are tasty, with simple instructions and mostly easily available ingredients. It has a huge variety of recipes to fit every unique diet from Vegan to Meat-lovers. A lovely cookbook -worth keeping on the shelf (or Kindle) and perusing frequently.
