MAJOR defects - unacceptable!!

These brushes arrived with HUGE manufacturing defects!! The splinters in the wooden handles are just waiting to ruin your day!! Not to mention the dents in the wood from production!! I find it appalling that these two brushes ever passed quality control, if there even is one!!! Totally and completely unacceptable!! I will NOT recommend this product!! If I could go back and redo my order, I would spend the couple dollars I "thought" I was saving, and buy the brushes a step up from these!! I wish Amazon would allow a ZERO star review!!!

I looked for a link to complain, but all I could find was links to return the item!! I'm not returning them, so I settled for here to warn others!

This duo was suggested to me when I bought a quart of paint; I thought sure, the price is right and it says 'pro' in the name. If they're not that good, I'll throw them out at the end. Well, I threw them out after 5 minutes of paint stroke, pick out hairs coming loose from brush, repeat. Terrible brush. I only tried the smaller one, but they look identical except for width of brush.

I used this brush one time with an oil based stain and it fell apart the next day when I went to use it again. The brush fibers came unglued. Not the best quality product.
