WOW!!! (cue jaw dropping). This series keeps getting better and better. I honestly love Sage. Her resourcefulness, resilience and strength to fight. The pace of the story flows well, keeps you engaged, detailed when needed and eager to learn what happens. Highly recommend both book #3 and this series as a whole. Well done.
WOW! I love this series! Sage! I love a strong heroine! This story was quite hard for her but she is a Brave Warrior! LOVE LOVE LOVE! I cant wait for the next one in the series! Keep up the Awesomeness Frost Kay!
If you ever wondered how someone could come to feel for their kidnapper, even when they’re one of the most evil people on earth, this book will give you an idea. You’ll have your heart in your throat for most of it, as you’re dropped into a world of a psychopath who masquerades as a beautiful man. And Sage, even though she’s already damaged, will somehow maintain a sliver of strength at her core that is so precious it is to be admired. You’ll also find new characters to like & love, as the most mesmerising book of this series so far keeps your eyes glued to the page. Make sure you’ve got uninterrupted reading time!
Just when I think things couldn't get worse for Sage, she just can't seem to catch a break. Devastation, kidnapping and hell all rolled into one - I enjoyed every part of this story. Sage is kidnapped and is in the enemy's hands. The kidnapping had elements of stockholm syndrome wrapped up in there. And Tehl out of his mind trying to find his wife, his character is showing his more relatable side which was a nice touch to the story. Twists and mind fudgery, I'm hooked and can't wait until the next book. Highly recommend.
SWAMP APPLES FROSTY! Blew my mind! the raw emotion displayed in this book was gut wrenching, These characters have so much development throughout the series so far, and this one just hits you on the head and squeezes the heart. The new characters have given new complexities that round it all well and make me want to read more. The Villain confuses me because i don't know how to feel towards him, I feel sympathy but also back shivering creepiness. Can't wait for the next! Here's hoping its slow so my mind can catch up with all the events and turmoil from the last. Cheering for Tehl and Sage!! x
I loved the first two books, but this one was just oppressive, with the situations not really changing for the entire book. Please, please, please make the next one a little happier. I understand that war is coming, and she has had a REALLY bad year, but I do not read to get depressed.
