I was not sure about this one when I bought it. The advertising says it's a true HEPA filter, but the packaging calls it a HEAP filter. Yes, it does look like a duck and it quacks just like a duck would quack. But is it really a duck? I gave it 3 stars because it does work but that supposed "typo" gets me wondering whether the box could not read 'hepa" because it might not be a true HEPA...just a heap of material that does the same job just as well.
OK I'm a bit confused.. I ordered this filter replacement for my air purifier, it's suppose to be HEPA filter and the PACKAGE states that it a HEAP FILTER.... I questioned it and their reply is that someone typed it wrong in the packaging department... Like really.... How do I know this is a legit HEPA filter if they can't even spell it correctly!!!
This product is advertised and works well in the intended device, however given it is a small disc made of plastic and paper the price seems a bit high. The ionizer works great and so does the filter so I guess you get what you pay for and in this case in the positive.
