Top critical review
Looks nice but a little disappointed

I did a fair bit of research before purchasing the monitor, and the choices were between the LG 27UL600-W or the Samsung 28" UR550 UHD Monitor. Both monitors were rated good but with issues.
Since getting the LG I have been disappointed that HD resolution is a little blurry even though it is a 4K monitor.
When using 4K for graphics software specifically CAD the lines (especially vertical ones) are wavy with differing alternating colours and widths.
I thought the software-based system of dual screen and Picture in Picture would be good, but it does not work properly and places an additional drain on the PC memory.
On a positive note, the colours are sharp and vivid, the styling is very good as is the small bezel is good for dual-screen.
All things said I should have gone with Samsung as it was cheaper and the issues noted in reviews would have been more manageable.
