The shipping and everything else was fine. This is a terrible game. Do not be sucked into buying this because its Star Wars. If you played Force Unleashed as a kid as I did, this is nothing like it. I repeat do not buy this game, it sucks expletive. I'm beginning to lose faith in everything EA makes
This game is garbage wow. Not at all the game I had envisioned playing. I was SO pumped to have another kotor style game, but with better graphics and combat. I really miss the kotor games and was hoping this would at least have the standard RPG style with companions. Outer worlds is far and away the better game that has come out recently. I was terrible at dark souls, and I am terrible at this same style of game all around. It just doesnt have the right feel to it, the ship is so small and blegh. Only being able to change a color or handle is dumb....people love customizing their weapons to create maximum damage for their style of play. This game went in the opposite direction of what I thought they were trying to do.
Game is broken! I do not understand how a game with so many game breaking bugs and glitches even gets released. I cannot get past the tutorial, because the cutscene glitches out causing me to fall to my death. I have tried everything, restarting my Xbox, restarting the game, even starting over in the game, and I even reinstalled the game and still have this issue. I don't know how this game was allowed to be released, it isn't finished.
I really, really wanted to like this game. But crap abilities, crap customization (the only thing you find in game are different color palettes for your character, robot and ship) and truly god awful story telling left me horribly disappointed. Combat is a joke, it didn’t feel well crafted and enemies can spam attacks.
Not to mention that you can’t do realistic damage to stormtroopers like lop off hands and heads, but they’ll plead for their life when their the last one left. Which option is more screwed up?
Go play Star Wars Jedi outcast and Star Wars Jedi academy for a good game.
I preordered this game back in July and was very excited as I love single Player adventures and Star wars so I thought I hit the jackpot until I played the game. The graphics are great but game play sucks and there isn't much of a story to it. Tomb Raider was more fun than this game
Absolutely the worse worse star wars game yet. If you like being a bored to death, buy this game. The game is cheap. No way of knowing where you have been, several layers to explore blindfolded. Should be call looking for chest game. My wife has never complained about the games I have played on xbox until this one. I tried to get into the game several times and she said this game is dull and boring and very cheaply put together. There's no way you know where you have been and it's not a star wars game! I guess I'll give it to my son if he wants it, but probably won't since he has 2children. Game stop will probably end up with it. WORSE game EVER for star wars!!!!! They kill off all the good Jedi in the movies and the Empire grows bigger and stronger which is the total opposite of the original "Star War" movies. If you like exploring for hours to hind a few trinkets without knowing where you have been etc.and bored to death this game is for you.
It was great until the update prevents progress past the dream sequence. After that is fixed, it would be a 4 star game. Outside of that, it’s total garbage and won’t be played anytime soon in my house.
Not a fun game. Obviously someone on the game Dev team played uncharted at some point but completely missed the point. This game quickly turns fun into boring by sending you threw terribly designed maps leaving you to rely on a completely useless 3d ish map. Completely ruining what seems like a ok game.
Played through this game 3 times, and every time, no matter how I got there (going to other planets first, exploring different parts of the planet first) it started cutting out audio, then not loading parts of the level, which made it impossible to continue playing...the way forward would have you fall continuously until the game froze, trying to back-track would eventually do the same thing. With no way to manage multiple saves or fast travel back to your ship, this is a game ending bug. This game should NOT have been released without more testing. I am playing on an Xbox One X. Well, I tried to play it.
I had a very long review drafted, however it looks like this game got a lot of great scores on other mediums, so rather than spell out everything I disliked I'll just say that I found this game like Night at the Roxbury; I paid money for it, and then walked out after the first 15 minutes.
