the dash cam received today package well looks pretty good quality I ordered it along with a 32 gig memory card as suggested as the minimum I don't plan on doing long recordings. Been so talked about 3 hours in a mark 6 golf 5 door hardest part being the rear camera as it is hard to get to the bumper area other than that running away is was very easy especially with a supply to that came in great I used it the entire installation. may require some cable ties to just tie up the excess cable but installation is simple quick easy it's plug and play highly recommend. on first appearance is the video quality seems to be able to do the job haven't checked it out on a big screen yet but just looking at it simply on my phone you can clearly see everything.
I bought this camera for both front and back view of the car, due to a recent event. Thus I realised in this day and age a dash cam is a must. The day time visual are excellent. The night time are ok. The back camera is for formality only and night time is unimpressive. Overall happy with the purchase expecting it to run couple of years. Fingers crossed. It was an easy install as well no dramas. I think 32GB is good enough becasue added memory does not make sense to me as i only record during driving. The card can be formated in Camera. For setting used FHD, Exposure, -1 if you live downunder, for overcast days or winters you can have it to +1 (higher will over expose, resulting in whitish results), and refersh rate to 60 Hz will improve the camera quality in great way.
I searched for many dash camera for my new car. I am a fan of Amazon's choice. Thus why I chose Apeman. This brand new Apeman's dash camera us equipped with a rear camera with a nice price. Also, it has reliable gravity sensor and parking guard, 1080P front camera resolution and 720P for the rear one. Apeman also provides patient technical support after sales. My rear camera didn't work at first, they helped me to fix it real quick!
This is the third camera that I bought. The camera has fine packing. Compared with others of mine, this one is the best. I was surprised by its small body and great functions. The videos are extremely clear. This model is awarded by its great design. It absolutely deserved.
I uploaded an unboxing and installing video. Hope it will help!
I’m pretty happy with this camera set. I’ve ordered two less expensive ones before and had problems. I like it small, does not occupy too much space on the window shield. The camera quality is ok, if the car is right in front, can see the car license plate which I think is fair enough. Rear camera ok too; same thing, if the car is right behind, can see the license plate. I ended up installing the rear camera inside the car as I can’t find a place to put it outside that is the right angle nor could I figure out how to get the cables outside. So far so good.
This is my first Dashcam in my car. I love it, I am using this for my safety and security since lots of accidents happening in city. The full HD video quality with night vision motion sensor really helpful. I like audio quality too.
This dash-can is AMAZING!!! The package that comes with has everything you need. I’ve wanted a dual front and rear dash-cam for a while now. Easy to setup (no more than 20 minutes), with nice and rigid mounts. The rear dash-cam is pretty small so it can be mounted in the rear window without obstructing the view. The software is easy to configure and I haven’t seen any bugs.
At first glance, I was very excited as I've had many close encounters with people driving into my lane. However, I've been having difficulties with deleting videos off of the camera and it becomes "full" within a day. Today I was driving and had some footage I wanted to look over, but when I plugged it in, I was disappointed to see that the cam had been recording over one video (meaning I had a ton of locked videos, but recording over the only "free" space, even after previously thinking I had unlocked and deleted all of these videos. I'm not sure if I received a faulty device, but I've also been having issues viewing the videos. It takes me multiple menu hold and clicks to finally get to the videos on my device.
All in all, if you just need a cheap cam and have the time to take the memory chip out every week to make sure all of the videos are deleted for when you actually need it, this is the cam for you.
