The book contains tons of quizzes where they ask you zillion of questions about how you feel about dieting and such. I did not really see much point in that. The advice was not really something groundbreaking, either. Mostly, it was say no to body shaming, and better eat for being healthy and do not worry about the weight. Maybe if you like filling out "tests" on facebook, you will like it.
I couldn't get into this book at all. I'm not into reflective thinking or anything like that. For those that like that kind of thing, you'll probably like it. The little bit I did read, kind of reminds me of what I've read about Noom and the psychology behind it.
