Really like these lamps, very warm light. Not as bright as the normal Hue ones, but not meant to be. Bought for a (very) minor discount from Amazon Warehouse. Spent half an hour trying to pair, always unsuccessful. Eventually worked it it had been previously paired with its original owners hub. The only way to reset this is to have one of the four button wireless remotes; luckily I had one in another room. Sequence for factory resetting a paired lamp is as follows. Power on so it's lit, then hold the remote close to the lamp. Press and hold 1 & 0 for ten seconds, lamp will start flashing (keep buttons held). When it stops flashing it's reset and then you'll be able to pair
Update September 2020: now flickering at low setting. Unable to return easily. Not impressed.
Grundsätzlich gut, aber dass Philips das hochfrequente Fiep-Problem noch immer nicht in den Griff bekommt, ist schon sehr schade. Ich habe ca. 10 Hue-Leuchtmittel. In der ersten Generation hat fast jede gefiept, mittlerweile weniger, aber die (Dezember 2019) von mir bestellte, war für <30-jährige im Haushalt nicht zu ertragen. Für die Älteren war es erträglich, aber noch hörbar (nur bis 40 Jahre getestet; vermutlich hört man mit 50 Jahren nicht mehr). Solange meine Ohren noch gut funktionieren, werde ich dann wohl mal schauen, was die Konkurrenz bietet, die sich ja größtenteils auch ins Hue-Ökosystem integrieren lässt.
An sich sind die Birnen super, doch bedenkt man, dass die Birnen über 20 Euro pro Stück kosten, dann ist es eine Frechheit, dass die Birnen verkratzt geliefert werden. Das ist bei meiner ersten Bestellung, meiner Ersatzlieferung und einer Bestellung eines anderen Modells (Globe) passiert. Reklamieren und austauschen macht da anscheinend keinen Sinn. Echt schade, da mir die Birnen vom Design und dem Licht her echt super gefallen!
