I just got this and I can't believe the quality and generous accessories. There is an ear bud for any size or want (I switched to the multi-tiered set after the photo). I did a drop and drag and was loaded up in seconds. I have an old computer and it worked great. One review said it did not have a volume adjustment... not correct. You hold down the "next track tab" to adjust the volume. It will also shuffle the music. Nice clip on the back that rotates for custom fit. I loaded up "Epic Motion Picture" music and the energy is amazing to swim with. I have a Fitmax iPool with a tether and I can just go into my our world without thinking about hitting the end of the pool or another swimmer. The SYRYN helps me stay energized and swim longer (without laps to count it's hard to keep going). Such a great value on this SYRYN. The company is awesome too if you look up about them.
I have used the iPod shuffle for swimming laps almost 3 years now and it is still going strong; unfortunately, it is now priced $250 - $300. My daughter has started joining me swimming laps and I thought we'd give these a try since they were well rated and reasonably priced. They have far exceeded our expectations! They are small, rugged, and super easy to set up. The controls are intuitive and the only extra step we had to do was to convert iTunes mp4 files to mp3 files, but that was super easy and literally took just a few seconds per song. The swimbuds are easy to use and come with plenty of sizes to ensure a good fit for even the smallest of ears. The fitgoo is a nice added bonus and I need to buy some for me since I keep stealing hers! I would recommend these without hesitation.
I love this mp3 player and all the goodies it included--just wow! I wasn't sure what to expect; but all products are really great, well worth the low price. The sound quality and volume levels are excellent, the headphones are solid quality, and the player easily clips to my goggles while I swim. There is no reduction in sound quality while underwater and I rarely had to remove the earbuds to get water out. The earbud gel included works really well to help keep the buds in and water out. The user interface is easy to navigate with no frills, few buttons to memorize. I was easily able to switch or start over songs without unclipping the player. It was simple to drag and drop songs onto the player and the random feature seems to shuffle the songs very well. This player has definitely helped my swimming to be even more enjoyable than it already is and I am so happy I bought the player. Thank you so much for all the awesome gifts, the solid, good-quality soft case, and the great player--it really is well worth the price and I recommend it to anyone looking for a super light-weight, affordable, and good quality music player.
This was not easy to put music on and there are scant directions. Especially since when you plug it is gives you an option to use and app which the directions do not mention and from what I can tell you can only get music on the thing if you use the app and add all the songs to a playlist then upload the playlist to the device through the app which by the way you can only use on the computer it's not Bluetooth that has to be plugged into the USB to your computer in order to download songs they have to be MP3 or MP4 format so I couldn't use any of my offline unpurchased Amazon music it has to be things you can store on your hard drive of your computer. The app was also very glitchy and would stop responding several times making me reload it . I looked into getting the other more expensive MP3 player that's waterproof that you can use Amazon or Spotify however you have to have Wi-Fi connection to access music in to avoid any potential issues with connectivity I decided to go with the this unit instead that also was significantly cheaper so far the sound quality is fine it takes some getting used to to adjust the headphones my JBL headphones are more comfortable underwater however pair Bluetooth and they also only last 30 minutes underwater and the Touch settings are so sensitive you can't swim with my JBL so these are a decent alternative although I feel like I still get quite a bit of water and my ears even with the swimming earbud attachment and I had to adjust several times I didn't try the "glue" that came with these headphones however will try the next time I go swimming. I was able to fit about 700 songs with room to spare which should be more than enough. Overall a good alternative to the more expensive $150 to $200 MP3 players I've seen that are waterproof. I definitely don't expect perfection when you're dealing with electronics and water so these were a good compromise for the money. It is lightweight and clips easily to my swim goggles and I like the case that it comes with as it is very small it could easily be misplaced without a case.
I've only used them 5 times so far but I do laps for an hour and a half and so far this is the best I've found. I love that it comes with it's own handy carring case and includes 2 different types of ear buds each in 4 different sizes so you can easily figure out which bud works the best for you. Also, it come with a sample tube of earbud salve which works great to help seal in the buds for an excellent fit. Plus the sample tube of pre swimming hair protector. I color my hair and so far it seams to be working well. This is the 5th swimming earbuds I've tried and these are by far the best. I also love that it's an MP3 player. Because going through Bluetooth can be a problem with range and keeping a good audio connection. Just easily down load your music and it's right there. No more working about whether or not my phone is going to get wet.
These are the 4th type of MP3 headphones that I've bought and experimented with for use while lap swimming. They are also the first pair that the ear buds don't keep falling out, nor does the audio come and go out of one or both sides for whatever reason. The sound quality is outstanding (for what they are) when your ears are in the water (water acts as a speaker enclosure), but only so-so when not in the water. Since I bought these for swimming, that works for me. Easy to load your MP3's onto (I had to look-up a tutorial on how to change Itunes MP4's into MP3's), and trust me if I could figure it out, you can. You won't even notice that this little player is clamped onto your swim cap or goggle strap, rash-guard, anything! Highly recommended~
I absolutely love this MPG player! I love to swim and I love my music, so WIN-WIN. I clip the player to my swimsuit strap. The earbuds are comfortable and stay securely in my ears when swimming. To easily and quickly differentiate the right earbud from the left earbud I switched out the black "wings", replacing them with blue for right ear and green for left. The sound is flawless. The controls are simple and easy to operate. Syryn's instructions for converting iTune AAC music to the MPEG format are straightforward and it's easy to add and delete music in your playlist. And then there's the other goodies that come with the purchase - FitGoo earbud insertion helper and AquaGuard Pre-Swim Hair Defense. And finally, kudos to Syryn's Customer Service. I contacted them for a problem and the issue was quickly, efficiently and professionally addressed. I am a very happy customer!
Want to make your swim workouts fly by? If so, Syryn is for you. When I used my Syryn for the first time I did not even glance at the clock on the wall until over thirty minutes had passed. And when an hour had passed it seemed like I just got in the pool. And your Syryn comes with many earbud options and free downloadable workouts for swimming, biking, and running. This is a gamechanger!
