This Bluetooth is easy to set up and it was recognized immediately by Microsoft Windows 10. Unfortunately the application Microsoft "Your Phone" - to make a call via Bluetooth - does not work with this adapter. Is it the adapter or the application which is at fault? This why I gave 4 stars, but apart from this little problem I would recommend this product.
I simply wanted a "Plug and Play" Nano USB as advertised, however, I have lost a day out of my life dancing around countless pages of instructions, and eventually seeking help from the manufacturer (who were, to be fair, very helpful) I had wanted to connect my soundbar via Bluetooth to my PC, and after hours of fiddling around, finally got it to work, however, the sound quality was disappointing so I ended up leaving it hardwired. Not exactly what I had envisaged, however, the unit works sort of OK provided you are prepared to sacrifice a day or so out of your life installing it.
Finally I can connect my Bose QC35's and Sony WXM1000's to my PC and use in Teams meetings. Sound quality is no where near as good vs auxillary cable, but that is unlikely to be the fault of the adapter. More likely a Windows issue.
