Handy AIP cookbook aimed specifically at thyroid healing

Cookbook arrived in good time and as described. It comes highly recommended by many people in the Autoimmune Protocol support groups I'm in, and I would recommend it too. Clearly set out, easy to follow. Apart from the cover and a full page photo at the beginning of each chapter there are no photos for most of the recipes; I don't mind that but some people prefer pics so just mentioning it. For me, fewer photos means more recipes and more space for a clearer presentation, plus a slightly smaller book that's easier to take with you if you want to. It's not as small as the Sheet Pan AIP book (which I also like) but more recipes and naturally a wider variety of ideas because it's not all sheet pan, though there is a sheet pan recipe in it :) Easy to read and understand introductory section containing useful information. Very happy to have a thyroid specific AIP cookbook. Thank you Emily and Phil Kyle.

Unless you’re looking for information that you’re likely to be able to find via the majority of search engines. Otherwise, this is a great book with lots of interesting sounding recipes to try. Sadly, there’s very few in here that are veggie friendly. I’m going to try to find an alternative

For a cook book it is very mediocre, no obvious groceries list, the list of smoothies is very limited and the dishes are repetitive. I was quite disappointed honestly that it doesn’t even have pictures… sounds funny but we eat with our eyes don’t we
