We had a Neato Robotics vacuum that had been happily running daily for over a year when suddenly, he started doing a funny little dance back-and-forth every time he started. Further inspection showed that a part of the brush mechanism had snapped and was causing him to get stuck.
This replacement kit gave him the MOT he desperately needed! Exceptionally good value as the vacuum had run flawlessly every day without making a fuss, and this was the first breakdown he'd had! All the pieces fit without hassle. Highly recommended product
I had the more spiral combo brush (945-0198) before and when I replaced it with the one in this kit which has much straighter blades/brushes my Neato got much, much louder. There's a constant thump-thump sound and it felt like it was going to shake itself apart. I later bought another Neato for upstairs which came with the same style of brush and that too is horrifically loud, so it wasn't just that one brush or an installation issue.
I strongly advise you to get the 945-0198 brush that is much more spiral-looking rather than the noisy straight-bladed monster that comes in this kit.
The side brush, filter etc. are all good but the noisy brush means I can't recommend buying this kit.
Devo dare solo 2 stelle perché nonostante siano i ricambi originali, sul mio D5 questa spazzola l’ha reso molto più rumoroso! E la spazzolino angolare nuova non ruota più come l’originale! Visto il prezzo, sono molto deluso! Mi sono affidato ai ricambi originali ma se questo è il risultato, proverò quelli non originali a questo punto! Magari funzionano meglio!!!
Leider habe ich mir vor dem Kauf nicht die Mühe gemacht, die internationalen Rezensionen zu lesen. Auch ich habe mich unglaublich über die Lautstärke dieser Bürste erschrocken, sodass ich direkt den Support von Neato anschrieb, ob mein Saugroboter etwa defekt sei. Aber nein. Man erklärte mir, dass dies die neue Bürste sei mit verbesserter Reinigungsleistung aber dafür mit einer größeren Geräuschentwicklung. Dies sei eben so. Man schickte mir auch noch den Link zu dieser Bürste, wo im Text sogar "sie erzeugt deutlich weniger Betriebsgeräusche" steht. Aha, sehr vertrauenswürdig. Der Roboter hört sich an wie ein Rasenmäher und ich wurde von meinen Nachbarn schon darauf angesprochen. Für mich waren die 50€ rausgeschmissenes Geld, da ich mich kaum traue ihn einzuschalten, um meine Nachbarn nicht zu stören. Filter und Seitenbürste sind zwar ok, retten dieses Bundle aber nicht.
Die Bürste entsprach nicht der originalen Bürste, die beim Neato d5 beilag. Die ursprüngliche ist diagonal, wellenförmig gedreht, die Bürste im Replacement Kit ist gerader geformt. Sie passt zwar von der Mechanik, verursacht aber enorme Geräusche. Irgendwas, scheint dann doch nicht zu passen oder wurde bautechnisch verändert. Von daher verstehe ich nicht, warum sie hier für den Neato d5 angeboten wird. Da es sich um das Original Set vom Hersteller handelt, ist das Ergebnis enttäuschend. - Die Filter passen. Aber auch hier scheint mir der Clips zum einrasten etwas instabiler geworden zu sein. Ansonsten würde ich generell zu den originalen Filtern tendieren, die zwar überteuert sind, aber besser als die Nachbauten, die ich ausprobiert habe.
Wir haben extra die Originalersatzteile für unseren D5 gekauft. Mit dieser Bürste wird der Staubsauger aber verrückt laut, und klingt gar nicht gesund. Bis wir in Ruhe die Rezensionen gelesen hatten bin ich von einem massiven Defekt ausgegangen (hätte ich doch nur früher gelesen...) Im Vergleich zu früher ist nicht daran zu denken im selben Zimmer zu bleiben, wenn der Staubsauger läuft. Ich habe noch keine Empfehlung was man tun kann, dies stellt letztlich die Verwendbarkeit des D5 völlig in Frage.
The brushes fits well into my D5 Connected unit. However (And this could possibly be due to the brush and the silicone strips being new), when the unit is active and the brushes are rotating, the noise from the silicone strips hitting the floor can be quite loud. Definitely louder than I remember from the original brushes. That said, it does not impact the performance and the floors and carpets are still cleaned well.
Ho acquistato questo kit per sostituire sostanzialmente la spazzola che, durante le ripetute pulizie, presentava alcune parti delle alette lacerate. Il ricambio non ha deluso le aspettative

La spazzola è identica a quella di serie del Neato che dopo più di un anno di onorato servizio! (Quasi ogni giorno) ho dovuto sostituire. Pulisce come l’altra. Sono soddisfatta. Il filtro non l’ho ancora cambiato però a vista così mi pare più leggero di quello fornito con il robot. In generale i filtri mi pare siano peggiorati come performance rispetto al primo
