To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
My AOC 24b2xh is mounted on a VIVO articulated arm (100mm VESA) where the 'stove pipe' part of the stand is contending with my keyboard for space. AOC customer service instructed me on how to remove the "tail pipe". They claimed that at the top (near the monitor) there was a "D" shaped cover. I must of staired at it for a couple of minutes, unconvinced there was a removable cover. So as an act of faith I took an electrician's screwdriver (12" long with a 3/16" blade) and stuck it up the pipe. Nothing!. so I gave it a light tap and presto the cover frew off. There is the AOC classic 3 screw mount looking up at me. A kitchen knife would have worked as well. The tail pipe is gone.
The VESA connection is important to me as I have SOC computers (Intel 8350, raspberry pI-4B, ECS Liva-X2) VESA mounted as well as the articulated VESA mounts. The VESA connection gets a bit crowded.
I just ordered two more, for a total of 4, to replace a pair of 9 year old ViewSonic monitors. One of which is having a hard time turning on
