To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Get what you pay for. Has a lot of features. Base language is not English for apps. It plays music my son likes it, I don’t. No way to sort music or add folders. If you want cheap or for a kid get it, just don’t expect much confidence with it.
Update: This company has been spamming me with emails about my review and offering me $40 Amazon credit to make it better/take it down. Not sure I would trust the rating as bad reviews may have been removed. Not cool. Take it or leave it.
After using this for a couple of weeks, I miss my Fiio. I keep all my music in Folders, yet it seems it doesn't matter what folder I select, the player decides it's going to play ALL of the music on my SD card, not just the particular folder I had selected. So I'm going to have to delete most of the music I would normally keep on that, which is a major downer. If you could pick a setting to address this, it'd solve that issue. Then, the hit or miss UI isn't helping matters. I'll hit the back arrow and the player will decide on its own if my action was good enough (or not) to get the desired effect. I'll select a song and have to hope that the player will do what I ask. If these things were addressed, I'd have left my 5-star. But since it seems like this is the intended mode of operation for this player, I'll be using this as a mobile video player and for its other functions instead of an MP3 player.
I like this MP3 player and everything it does EXCEPT its battery life. The battery seems to drain regardless of what it's doing. The only way to prevent the battery from draining down to zero is to turn the device off entirely when not using. Standby mode drains the battery as quickly as it would if it were in use.
It was disappointing. I dumped it after the first day. First it couldn't play all the formats advertised. I bought it cos the playtime was supposed to long. I work 10-12 hr shifts out in the open and needed a player to help make the time easy and it failed. Conked out after 2hrs. I haven't used it since. That's the 3rd different mp3 I bought in 3 weeks.😤😠
What a disappointment!! I purchased this for my daughter so she could have a nice music player to play with. Instead of that I got a MP3 that does not even work! It didn't even last 24 hours. The music disabled in 12 hours or less, the dictionary only works for single letters and it does not even use the correct definitions. Please do not waste your time and money on this product. The only good thing about it was that I could return it. My daughter was so excited and she could not wait, but after 24 hours she got disappointed and I don't blame her.
