This book is written in a easy to understand tone for people, like myself, who enjoy nutrition, but do not a lot of nutritional reading. It clearly describes why an elimination diet is important in certain cases and how to use it properly with easy to follow plans yet offering some flexibility and so many wonderful recipes. I have already given a copy of this to a close friend who has struggled with food sensitivities and has been trying so many other ways to solve her concerns. Worth the read!
